We are always nearby, we visit and check after bad or unusual weather, we do regular routine visits + inspections and then prepare a report of any items needing attention, to you. If properties are left empty in the winter many problems such as dampness or pest infestations can get out of control. For your piece of mind, regular visits will be made to your property. The property will be aired, toilets flushed, taps run, etc.… The standard frequency for these visits is twice a month but these can be changed according to the client’s needs.

Your post box will be monitored and mail will be followed up as necessary. We can also use our post box to receive your correspondence.

We will handle all administration work i.e. telephone calls from 3rd party, emails, postage and handling of monies. Bills (electricity, water, insurance, tax, others) will be processed and paid.
We check payment requests as they are received, and determine whether they are correct. We supervise pool and garden staff; cleaning teams and other contractors and only pay them when they have completed their work – then we send through one easy to understand statement.

Recommendation / appointment of accountant, lawyer and tax specialists to assist with the financial matters. We can organise your currency transfers and get insurance quotes. For owners we can make IMI and fiscal payments to the state.

We offer preventative maintenance for your home so that the opportunity for breakdowns and problems can be minimised. We work together with the very best and most reputable local service providers and supervise them as required. We schedule pre-season checks to main equipment, pools, air conditioning, pumps and other equipment.

If you do not have Portuguese nationality, chances are that you will at some point need fiscal representation. We can be your fiscal representatives.

We can advise on and assist with building works large or small – anything from simple re-decoration to an extension or refurbishment project. We can provide any kind of input from supervision and project management to support and assistance. We work with many of the better local builders, we link with architects and engineers, we are able to programme and supervise residential projects of all types from start to finish. We will check quality, ensure progress and release stage payments for you subject to satisfactory progress.
